$200AUD Initial consult fee and 12 week minimum

WEEKLY FACE TO FACE COACHING

  • Initial one hour movement assessment at HSP

  • 1 hour session/week at HSP

  • Customised training program on the ENZY App updated weekly

  • 1:1 whats app access with your coach

  • Weekly check ins (either written or video)

  • Real time form feedback and assessments 

  • Detailed peaking phases

  • General nutrition advice from our sports nutritionist

1 hour session with Nic at Hunter Strength and Performance going over your Squat, Bench and Deadlift.
