  • Performance-based nutrition meal plans & strategies updated as needed (as you are a unique individual this is unique to you and could be a meal plan, flexible meal template, macros, portion control or a combination of all)

  • 1:1 WhatsApp app access with your sports nutritionist

  • Weekly reviews - we will alternate weekly between loom video recording and face-to-face reviews (30 minutes) - either by web conference or in person.

  • Focus on fuelling your sport, increasing training energy, promoting recovery and improving training adaptions while managing weight and improving body composition.

  • Focus on building upon your nutrition education and cultivating a healthy relationship with food to help you create confidence and autonomy in your food choices.

  • Enzy app access with hundreds of recipes, meal ideas, and coaching resources.

  • Competition meal plans and strategies

NUTRITION CONSULT PACKAGE

During your initial consult, Em will review your nutrition history, background, habits, and lifestyle patterns and roadmap your goals. From there, Em will build upon your nutrition education, send you a detailed consultation overview, and create a detailed performance nutrition plan. You can book a follow-up review ($100AUD) to adjust your plan and continue building upon habits and your nutrition education.
